DESCRIPTION:
Pull back and see the bigger picture. The successor to the Royal Canadian Mint’s Big Coin series of 5 oz. 99.99% pure silver coins, The Bigger Picture zooms in on Canada’s classic circulation coin designs and zooms out to reveal a much bigger story. Caribou are often on the move. The expanded scene on the third Bigger Picture coin offers a privileged view of one herd’s seasonal movements, where the 25-cent coin’s caribou is in the water and has nearly completed a river crossing.
